RETURN POLICY
LuxuryVintage.net reserves the right, in collaboration with the authorities, to exclude any user from its website who abuses the Return Policy and continually returns merchandise. Only those customers who have purchased an item for purposes not related to any commercial business can withdraw.
In order to maintain the return right the Client must not open the protective plastic package with the security tag containing the watch. The integrity of this protective package with the security tag ensures LuxuryVintage.net that no part of the watch has been substituted during its shipping.
In case of dissatisfaction of the Client due to a purchased item, he must follow this procedure to return the item:
- within 10 days from the delivery date contact the customercare@luxuryvintage.net communicating own decision (Customer Service will give the Client the Return Authorization Number - R.A.N.)
- write the R.A.N. on the Return form, inserted in the package, in case of its loss, write to customercare@luxuryvintage.net to receive a new form
- insert the original invoice and the Return form filled with the mandatory bank account references for the international bank transfer (Name, Surname, Bank’s Name, IBAN e SWIFT) into the package containing the item to be returned - send also the Recorded delivery mail along with a signed copy of the Return form to L.V.C. (address: via Ettore Ponti 58 20143 Milano Italy)
- before sending back the item, inform LuxuryVintage.net by communicating the shipping details, in order to effect their insurance coverage
- the shipping must be effected within 7 days from the day the RAN has been received.
It is mandatory always to follow this procedure, otherwise the client will lose the right to effect the return policy, as expressed in the cases described above.
LuxuryVintage.net will refund through Bank Wire Transfer, within 30 working days starting from the receiving of the item, and only once LuxuryVintage.net has inspected the returned item and verified and stated that it has been returned in the same conditions it had been delivered to the Client. All return expenses –except risk insurance costs –will be deducted from the refund that will be credited on the Client’s account. On extra E.U. orders, refunds will not include also any custom or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on the shipment, unless the item was not as described in the listing on our web site. In addition, LuxuryVintage.net reserves the right to charge the Client’s credit card for any return fees LuxuryVintage.net has been charged in recovering the refused package.
Only if the security tag has not been removed and the item has been returned in perfect condition LuxuryVintage.net will refund the sum of money paid for the article.
In order to avoid unnecessary returns, the Customer should read the descriptions and vision the pictures carefully, paying special attention to the size of the items and the eventual presence of any flaw.
LOSS OF RETURN RIGHT
The right to withdraw and to return the item does not apply in the following cases:
- a damage of the item due to causes unrelated to its shipping and delivery
- a damage or absence of security tag in case of wristwatch
- a partial utilization of the item
- unintegrity of the item to be returned
- a damage of the item during the uninsured return shipment
- expiration of return terms.
In the cases listed above LuxuryVintage.net will arrange the restitution to the sender of the purchased item, charging the customer with the additional shipping costs and signalling this procedure to the Company that released the used Credit Card.
FAULTY ITEMS
LuxuryVintage.net is not responsible for the items lost or damaged in shipment. All packages are insured with first class Insurance Companies.
LuxuryVintage.net chooses the best packages available and packages the items as accurately as possible to ensure the delivery arrives in perfect condition. When the package is delivered at the Client’s address, the Customer will have to check, in presence of the parcel service employee, the presence and the integrity of the purchased item, otherwise he must refuse to sign the delivery forms in order to accept the package.
In case of any complain please contact our Customer Service in order to allow LuxuryVintage.net to open the relevant insurance claim.
CUSTOM DUTIES, TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
Shipments to addresses outside the European Union are generally subject to custom duties, taxes and other charges, as determined by local jurisdiction. These charges, along the delivery costs, are in addition to the price of the item.
