ORDERS
The www.LuxuryVintage.net (LuxuryVintage.net™ trade mark registered by L.V.C. S.r.l. - Luxury Vintage Concept, following as L.V.C.) is the e-commerce web site where it is possible to purchase the items directly through safe and certified buying procedures.
Each item on sale is a unique piece. The originality and the legitimate source of each item is warranted by a LuxuryVintage.net certificate.
In order to clarify the purchasing procedures, LuxuryVintage.net inserted an “help” function containing a demo that shows all the steps of such procedures. In order to obtain any eventual help, the customer may send an e-mail to our Customer Service at customercare@luxuryvintage.net during a purchasing procedure.
PAYMENT POLICY
ONLINE
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All credit card transactions are subject to fiscal data, billing and shipping address verification.
The shipping of the purchased article will be authorized only after this verification.
The amount of money paid for the purchased item will be frozen by Banca Sella and credited on Luxuryvintage.net account until the item has been delivered to the Client.
Paying through your code: The Visa and MasterCard owners can pay by inserting a code instead of the credit card data. In order to do so, the clients have to go through the registering procedure and get registered in the Banca Sella web site on https://www.sella.it/ecommerce/gestpay/pagamenti_paga_codice.jsp.
Bank Wire Transfers: Thanks to the instant transferring to the Banca Sella site login page, the customers who are Banca Sella clients can make a Bank Wire Transfer.
By accepting all the terms expressed in the payment policy, the customer accepts also the rules established by the Company that issued the credit card. Any transaction, with payment through credit card or bank wire transfer, is subject to previous LuxuryVintage.net approval.
OFFLINE
Bank wire transfer: If the Client chooses to arrange the payment through the Bank wire transfer, the Client will receive a 2.0% discount on the purchase of item. This discount will be applied only on the item price and not to the added shipping costs. The shipping will be authorized by the time the funds are credited to LuxuryVintage.net account. In order to speed the procedure up, LuxuryVintage.net requires the client to send the Bank Wire Transfer reference number to customercare@luxuryvintage.net.

While an item is being subject to a purchasing procedure, it is automatically removed from the site and won’t be seen anymore by other customers.
After the Client has successfully effected the purchase, he will receive an email containing the transaction details.
If the Client needs any further assistance or clarification on the contents of this email, he should write to customercare@luxuryvintage.net.
SHIPPING POLICY
General shipping Information
During the purchase the Customer has to specify the billing and shipping address. Luxuryvintage.net does not ship to Post Office Boxes, hotels or APO/FPO addresses.
The cost of every shipping is totally charged to the purchaser. In case of multiple purchases LuxuryVintage.net will arrange the best way to send the items and save money.
All the purchased items will be delivered within 14 business days from the receipt of payment. In case of those items that need a CITES certification, only after this certification has been released the items will be delivered within 14 business days. All packages will be delivered with signature confirmation. Before signing the delivery forms in order to accept the delivery, the Client must verify, in presence of the parcel service employee, the integrity of the packaging and the effective presence of the purchased object within the package.
After the Client has signed the delivery forms, any complaints in relation to the damage or loss of the item will not be accepted anymore.

Shipment to EU (except Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Romania) and Norway, Vatican City State, San Marino, Monaco and Liechtenstein
According to the law in force, the purchased items that need to be shipped within the E.U. borders are not subject to custom duties. During the purchasing procedure, the Client can choose either the item to be delivered to his address or to personally retrieve it at one of our showrooms. In this case the shipping and delivery charges will not be included in the price.
Shipment to U.S., Canada and Switzerland
The item purchased and sent in the U.S., Canada and Switzerland may be subject to custom duties, export taxes and charges or may need to receive the CITES certification according to the material it is made of.
During the purchasing procedure, the customer can either decide to personally proceed to retrieve the purchased article in one of LuxuryVintage.net’s showrooms or to authorize his own logistics service to effect these assignments and proceed to
clearing through the customs. In this case the shipping and delivery charges will not be included in the price.
As another option, the Client can request an estimate of custom duties and delivery charge to the dispatch address. These estimate have a 5 working day validity; after this period of time, since the costs are subject to fluctuation, it must be requested again. These charges are not definitive since they are liable to variations that do not depend of LuxuryVintage.net or of our forwarding agents. The acceptance of this estimateimplies that the customer within the subsequent 3 days, should effect a wire bank payment order to pay for the shipping and delivery charges.
Non shipment countries
LuxuryVintage.net does not ship any items to all the countries not mentioned above. The customers who live outside of the E.U., U.S., Canada and Switzerland and intend nonetheless to buy an article should contact the Customer Service to arrange the alternative purchasing and shipping procedures.
AVIALABILITY
In rare instances, LuxuryVintage.net might be unable to fulfil an order as a result of damage to, or loss of, the item before shipping, or for other reasons. In these cases, LuxuryVintage.net reserves the right to annul the transaction, and refund any amounts the Client has paid for the item. However, beyond a refund of the amounts paid, the LuxuryVintage.net is not responsible for any damages associated with non-fulfilment of an order.
